Platform Usage
Please read this document carefully before using gun125's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out below.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all gun125 users in Malaysia.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the gun125 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are advised not to use our services.
To use the gun125 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Residing in or accessing the platform from a location where online betting is legal under local law.
- Registering an account with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information.
- Never previously suspended or banned from any gun125 platform.
Gun125 reserves the right to reject registration applications or terminate the account of any user found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, or who provides false information during the registration process.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on gun125. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. gun125 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence.
User Responsibilities
As a gun125 user, you agree to:
- Not using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Do not attempt to hack, exploit, or interfere with the platform's technical systems.
- Not using automated software, bots, or third-party scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Notifying gun125 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring that all personal information in your profile is kept accurate and up to date at all times.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the gun125 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including online bank transfers via Maybank2U, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. Foreign currency transactions are not directly supported.
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the platform's banking section and may vary depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits are subject to a verification process, which may take varying amounts of time depending on the method selected. gun125 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method or bank account used for the deposit, subject to identity verification. Processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the withdrawal method. gun125 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account. All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled.
Limitation of Liability & Account Suspension Policy
Limitation of Liability
Gun125 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or transaction processing delays beyond our control. The platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions or errors.
Account Suspension & Closure
Gun125 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- User suspected of involvement in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- User has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- User found to hold more than one active account.
- User has provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- Account inactive beyond the designated period with no transactions.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any legitimate remaining balance will be processed in accordance with established procedures, unless there are compelling grounds not to do so based on an internal investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the gun125 platform — including logos, graphic designs, text, software, user interfaces, and brand names — is the exclusive property of gun125 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gun125.
Third-Party Links & Services
The gun125 platform may contain references to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game software providers. gun125 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the respective terms and privacy policies of these third parties separately before providing any personal information.
Changes to These Terms
Gun125 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the gun125 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
